One place for every property document
Real Estate Ledger is a platform for storing, organizing, and sharing the documents tied to your properties — warranties, permits, inspection reports, contracts, receipts, and more.
Upload a file and AI suggests a name, category, and which property it belongs to. You review the suggestions, approve what looks right, and the document is filed. Every approved document is verified with Digital Evidence, giving you tamper-proof proof of authenticity for insurance, legal, and resale purposes.
Who it's for
Homeowners and landlords — Organize documents for a single home or a portfolio of properties. When it's time to sell, generate a Property Guidebook to share with buyers.
Builders — Document every detail of new construction, from permits to finishes. Transfer the complete property record to buyers at closing.
Property managers — Manage documents across multiple properties, organize by property groups, and control team access with role-based permissions.
What you can do
Your sidebar gives you access to five main sections: Dashboard, Properties, Documents, Reports, and Vendors.
Upload and review documents — Drag and drop files or email them to your dedicated Document Upload Email address. AI categorizes each document, then you review and approve.
Organize by property — Structure documents by property, rooms and areas, and assets like appliances and systems. Track warranties, serial numbers, and service history alongside your files.
Generate reports — Build professional PDF reports from seven built-in templates (Property Guidebook, Seller's Disclosure, Builder Handoff, and more) or save your own custom templates.
Transfer properties — Hand off all documents and history to a new owner when a property is sold.
Collaborate with your team — Invite family members, contractors, or colleagues with the right level of access: Admin, Manager, or Viewer.
Manage vendors — Keep a directory of your contractors and service providers alongside your property records.
How billing works
Owner accounts choose a plan based on how many properties you need:
- Individual — 1 property (30-day free trial, no credit card required)
- Multi-Property — Up to 3 properties
- Commercial — Up to 10 properties, with add-on options for extra property licenses and storage
All plans are available with monthly or annual billing.
Builder accounts pay a recurring subscription per property. Purchase the property licenses you need and add more anytime. Monthly and annual billing are both available.
Good to know:
- Your data belongs to you. Export or delete it anytime.
- Real Estate Ledger works on any modern web browser, desktop or mobile.
