Managing Your Plan and Billing

How to view your plan, change your subscription, update payment details, and handle cancellations.

Viewing your current plan

  1. Click the settings icon in the sidebar

  2. Under Billing, click Subscription & Plans

You'll see your plan name, status, renewal date, property count, storage usage, and payment details. The page looks different depending on your account type β€” Owner accounts show plan tiers, while Builder accounts show property license counts.

Changing your plan (Owner accounts)

Owner accounts choose from three plans: Individual (1 property), Multi-Property (up to 3), and Commercial (up to 10).

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription & Plans

  2. Click View Plans

  3. Compare the available plans and select a new one

  4. Review the details and confirm

Upgrades take effect right away. Your next charge reflects the new plan's price. You can also switch between monthly and annual billing from this page.

Adding property licenses (Builder accounts)

Builders pay a recurring subscription per property license rather than choosing a plan tier.

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription & Plans

  2. Click Add Properties

  3. Choose how many property licenses to add and review the price

  4. Confirm your purchase

Your new property licenses are available right away.

Updating your payment method

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription & Plans

  2. Click Update Card in the payment details section

A secure payment portal opens where you can update your card, change your billing email, and view past invoices.

Canceling your subscription

When you cancel, your account stays active until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again.

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription & Plans

  2. Click the Cancel subscription text link at the bottom of the page

  3. Review what you'll lose access to in the Cancel Subscription dialog

  4. Click I Still Want to Cancel and follow the steps in the payment portal

After cancellation, a warning banner shows when your properties become read-only. If you change your mind before that date, click the reactivate your subscription link in the banner to resume.

Free trial (Owner accounts)

New Owner accounts start with a 30-day free trial on the Individual plan β€” no credit card required.

Your billing page shows a Free trial badge with days remaining and a progress bar. When the trial ends, click Choose a Plan to select a plan and enter payment details.

Tip: Builder accounts do not have a free trial.


Good to know:

  • You can change plans or cancel at any time β€” there are no long-term contracts

  • Keep your payment method current to avoid service interruptions

  • Commercial (Owner) and Builder accounts can purchase add-ons for extra property licenses or storage
